Portfolio is coming!  Until it gets here, here is a nugget on planting drought tolerant plants in Los Angeles.  Lavenders, Fire Sticks, and Rosemary all make garden beds look smart and beautiful.  Aromatic and drought tolerant?  Perfect.  Just use medium sized bark mulch for when those Santa Ana winds kick in.  That's true California design.
